Designations & Certifications

The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service to real estate buyers. The ABR® is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC)—a subsidiary of NAR—to REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. SRS is a global community of REALTORS® who use their ideas and expertise to professionally and ethically represent sellers.

The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

REALTORS® who carry the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation are specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those age 50+.

SRES® designees recognize that a home often is the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers and people 50+ have.

Thus, SRES® designees bring a unique approach to each transaction and interaction with clients. They not only offer a deep knowledge of real estate and the local and economic issues shaping market trends, but they're also educated on issues of particular concern to aged 50+ clients. --

The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

At Home With Diversity (AHWD) is an NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. It is an educational opportunity designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry to real estate brokers, agents, association executives, and anyone associated with the industry. The class teaches real estate professionals how they can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends. It addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences
